At My Friarhood, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Downloadable or digital products
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
